Designed to challenge players to their next level of skating ability, every Quantum Speed program is based on the logical progression, Technique + Power = Speed, built upon the foundation of an open and coachable mindset. 

Our instructors are professionally trained and have high standards for skill execution, using focused error detection and correction to assure results. 

At Quantum Speed, we believe you are already a champion.  It’s with this mindset we created the Q3r Ringette Program designed specifically with your game in mind. 

The Q3r Ringette Ready Program is led by Melanie Thomas, former Team Canada player, former Captain and current NRL player.

We invite you to register, engage fully and become a faster and smarter ringette player.

In advance of the start-date of your player's program, you will receive some pre-work to review with your player.  This is intended to be an introduction to Goal Setting and to Training With Intention.  

Program dates are available for your planning purposes.  Please keep in touch with the office and check the website regularly for any schedule updates or innovations. 

Due to restricted class sizes and set ice times Quantum Speed  does not guarantee make-up classes and will not provide refunds or credits for missed classes. Changes to programs made before March 15th are complementary. Changes made after March 15th will be subject to a $50.00 change fee.
